Thanks for response..The issuer is a non-audited publisher..The response from company was the CEO shares are restricted for a minimum of 1 year.
He could sell under limited conditions provided he was able to find someone willing to deposit these shares,which is very unlikely..Hedge funds and large investors seem to be able to deposit shares of OTC Pink companies these days"...Does this response hold any weight?..
