The filings follow the corporation even through name and ticker changes. The fact the company changed its name and ticker doesn’t wipe the corporate history clean. So if a filing or disclosure was made by the corporation under any name/ticker/business venture, then that corporation has made it (ie - the “new” name/ticker made it, too).
