Nope. Global Holdings, Inc acquired the recycled ticker of GB Holdings (GBHD) when they changed from WFSV. The Form 15 filing was submitted by "GB Holdings" which was a former Carl Icahn company. GBHD added the Element portion of their name then changed tickers to ELGL. The overlap with GB Holdings has never been cleaned up.
