A lot of Russians in his towers with diplomatic passports were housed there. You have the regular Russians your typical wealthy tourists who may have multiple residences world wide. You have your spies and your Russians who are compromised and/or comprise others including those trying to associate with Trump either for personal gain or for setting him up.
So then the media lumps them all together and wants us to believe he is in cahoots with the Russians. Damn, our media learned well from the Russians all about propaganda. Now the USA media is the best propaganda tool in the world. We lead in so many things.
