If you review the PR's and history of QBID, it sounds way too familiar. I am long but got burned in QBID and am very skeptical.

this is a Pink Sheet stock....the SEC has no juristiction over it....there is only one SEC rule that Pinkies must adhere to....and, that is because it is repeated in tax law....and, that is rule 10B-17.....it has to do with the sale and distribution of monies, dividends, stock transfers, etc.....the IRS wants their share...

So, forget about the SEC doing anything....
