I cant believe the SEC is not all over this>>
For a long time, shareholders were told that the
audit was being conducted. Then we were told that
the audit was near completetion. Then we were told
that it was in the certification process. Then we
were told that it would be out in the "coming weeks".
Then there is NO audit. And we are then told by
new management that an audit cant be done because
of to many irregulaties and lacking records. Maybe,
its me, but were"nt shareholders lied to and clearly
mis-led regarding the Audit issue. Blantent Misrepre
sentation here, IMO. SEC should be crawling all over
this thing. ALL MY OPINION. How can an audit be promised
and then not presented because it cant be done. Where
is the SEC !!!!!! (All my opinion based on Past PR's !)
