Reading the information on the RAIF fund provided by Diversified it seems that Henry more or less just needs to come up with the money to activate the fund. Obviously he couldnt come up with that amount himself so he is piecing it together with various stock and acquisition transactions which could explain why it's taking so long. Or it's all falling apart because there are so many moving pieces to his plan. I hope the former is true and not the latter.
