I think it is painfully clear from Li's behavior to LQMT shareholders that he doesn't give a damn about us and holds us in general disregard. Such feelings are manifested by his failure to keep us informed on anything, his failure to perform as a CEO, and his failure to address his conflicts of interest.
Regardless of how he feels about us, I was suggesting that he might be concerned about the SEC. Consequences for violating U.S. laws for insider trading can result in jail time. For that reason alone, I would be surprised to learn that Li has engaged in such behavior. I believe that he is too smart for that.
Even though he is in China, I believe that he would like to be able to travel between the U.S. and China without fear of being arrested.
