Meaningless chatter - until the $5 million has been paid to Chanbond the deal hasn't been closed - very basic in contract law.

The following is another pinkyland fantasy:

"5. Payments/Considerations for Chanbond LLC failure to pay the $5MM on October 27, 2020 does not mean Deirdre Leane takes Chanbond LLC back but instead UnifiedOnline Inc will pay a monthly penalty until the promissory note is completed."

That isn't close to being accurate.

What most don't understand is that UOIP is a empty shell - there isn't any assets - so they can't make monthly payments to Chanbond - so the contract is void.

If there is a settlement - any funds would go to Chanbond - which UOIP doesn't have any claim.

You are suggesting that Leane is walking away with nothing but worthless stock in UOIP.

Shareholders have been duped by serial scammers - patent trolls aren't going to share anything with investors - no one is so naive to believe that nonsense.
