Recheck your math. If you throw out the outlier you have 11.311/16 holes = .706 g/ton which is still good for open pit. Lines up right there with Noche.

with a 2.8 gram per ton Au average including material recently assayed (see link below).

What exactly do those numbers mean in that assay sheet? What "material" was sampled and assayed? Do those assays fairly and professionally characterize what is in that 4,000-ton leach pad? Why the huge variation in assay values? Who took the samples?

What legit company would issue an assay sheet without explanation that means something? And pictures of blobs of something - again, no explanation, no scale, no weights.

And did you notice that the "gold" bar is more the color of silver than gold?
