you were on the SMMW board earlier asking a question!! IMO it is a pipe dream of the CEO!! And it will do NOTHING for the PPS... the ONLY way to run a stock is to BUYBACK and produce on the MANY promises and LOIs... and right now, they are NOT doing any of that! every stock in the market IMO is shorted to some extent, and the whole idea of the MM covering is BS!!
