Parkin is Canadian, so is Stratton. If they wanted to collect money from Western investors they have to behave like Western!
On the M&A website you can see that they are intent to rely on the West to finance their projects. The only problem is that one have to pay 400$ to get acces to that site. So it's a pitty that we don't know what they have been talking about.
