Obviously AMRN shot themselves in the foot with their recent lawsuit. FDA had no choice but to call an adcom

If they are settling private scores at the expense of the public that is a form of corruption.

In a sense it is, but most people probably thought your use of the word, “corruption” meant that somebody at the FDA was making money from insider trading or some other illegal activity. I don't think that's what's happening.
