I agree that Kosmos now believes taking the legal route is futile.

Does that mean they buy erhc instead?

Does that mean they cut a deal with a Senegal property?

Does that mean they pay some cash to get a few percentage in the EEZ?

Does that mean BP and Total team up and reduce the risk of dry holes?

One or more of these questions has a yes answer....

.... but it doesn't really matter which because all yes answers point to a northward share price.
