LMLT - what if it is not an indication that they have given up and resigned themselves to having lost their battle with Total in this issue? What if someone there has been reading this board and latched on to the ideas Krom has been sharing with us and perhaps finally figured out that it is a waste of time and money to litigate when they can change tactics and simply buy up the entire company? That would cast the struggle they are having with ERHE (and by extension Total) over this issue in a completely different light wouldn't it?

Krom - any thoughts on this possibility?
