Personally, I prefer investing in revoked pennytickers (via PP) and especially ones in which the corporation itself has also been revoked by the SOS of the state of incorporation.
These are core holdings that one never sells.
Why pay brokerage fees when one can buy certs retailed directly ~OUTT of the trunk of the CEO/chairman's car? And you gett to see him sign the cert(s) so you know they are 100 percent legit.
None of this "book entry" and "street name" bullshit. Plus, that way the shorts (that are gonna burn, as all pennyscams eventually run the shorts - axespeshully the naked ones - when the binnisses join the SP500 index) can't borrow yer stock!
Yepper, if one wishes to be very safe, always only buy certs in deregistered pennyscams, preferably ones that have been revoked as corporate entities by the SOS in their state of incorporation. And buy the shares only from the trunk of a car and watch the certs as they're signed by the CEO/Chairman themself. Only then can you be absolutely shure that you've hitt the jackasspot and will soon be a penny-millionaire! Gett ready to change your zip code and retire.
