No bryostatin doesn't target amyloid. That is 100% incorrect. The bi-product of normalizing endogenous brain enzymes does eliminate plaque but that's absolutely not the MOA. Regrowing and repairing the damaged synapses is the primary MOA (and the theoretical reason the drug IMPROVED SIB scores)although it is multi-modal which was demonstrated in the previous article on MS.

Any guesses as how many days the memantine trial was? Any guesses as to how many FDA bryostain trials have gone longer than that number number of days?

Either way AD is risky so I don't blame your short. Not only are none a sure thing, none are even close to a sure thing although I root for them all to make it.
