The tanks were LEAKING its all over the place for months now. No way contamination didn't spread throughout the whole facility.

And none of that water can go to the sewer per TPWD. You'll see a giant evap pond where that expansion plant was supposed to go.

The water can be sterilized with H2O2, chlorine, potassium permanganate or other chemicals.

They can spray everything down with a mild beach solution and then neutralize the bleach with sodium thiosulfate.

There are a lot of ways to take care of that issue.
