I see. Some lower bids never show until it gets closer to the price, but that does sound odd.

Fidelity is notoriously non-otc friendly.

If you look at the L2, there is only shown the highest bid and the lowest ask for each MM (each MM appears only one time on the bid and one time on the ask). That is why you don't see your order if you are not the first on line (higher bid or lower ask) for the MM that is handling your order. VRUS.
