I've had $0.01 and $0.015 limit order buys in every day all day during trading hours for the past week or two on top of any other limit order I want to place for the day and they don't show up ever in the OTC Market L2 page. Fidelity has great L2 and directed trading for everything but OTC. That being said they always execute my limit orders if the price action supports them getting filled.
