I for one would not want to merge or sell the company. If they get a ridiculous price I am sure they would sell. I as a investor I think there is more money to be made without a said partner. Of course I have shares in the low twos , not everybody is making money here at todays prices. Everybody has there own agenda. I look at todays action as a good entry position. Best wishes sir

How or why would selling the company now benefit the investor?

Surely the buyer would want a discount, it would be worse for the investor.
If they agree with what V is saying, why not simply manipulate the stock into non-existence, then swoop in and buy the company? It's been done before with other companies. IMHO CVSI is too strong for this.

Selling, isn't always a good option, IMHO.

There is nothing wrong with CVSI; in the end, CVSI, CW and a few others will remain inthis industry; those with solid financials and BP. Those 100's of other brands, well they will either close their doors, or remain small. This entire industry is waiting on the FDA to give guidance.

If today scare you, wait until the FDA issue guidance, and everyone begins scrambling to comply. I don't think CW, CVSI, ELLX, et al, will be in 100% compliance when guidance is issued. For me, that will be telling.

I don't trade, I hold long term. Wish I could add more today.
