yes I am and no need to get insulting. They also keep speaking about competition , mentioned it 3 times. they need strategic partner or to just sell the company to unlock shareholder value. No need to get insulting if you do not agree. I am a CPA and former CFO ( have taken a company public as well as worked with investment banks ) and been swing trading stocks for over 22 years. ( Not that it matters to this conversation )
