Mc67, I guess the 4th Tranche Convertibles news drove the views, but it was a non-event only raising half million bucks and saying the door is open to additional Tranches, arrrghhh, so the PPS will continue to have a lid near 0.40 until the Info Circular due out by the end of August

T1 was announced on April 4th for 1.9 million $
T2 was announced on May 6th (roughly 1 month after T1) for 1.5 millions $
T3 was announced on June the 3rd (roughly 1 month after T2) for 862K$
T4 was announced on August 6th (roughly TWO months after T3) for 550K$
So as we can see, it took twice the time to close T4 and to get the smallest amount of monney.
I think that Thomas Mika already knows that he can't wait another 2 months to get 300,000$. Without any news or update we're done with the convertible. I think we have sufficient funding to get to the closing of the Denselight sales. Espresso 2M and 4.7M NET of commission for the convertible...so roughly 6.7M.
With an update on the technology, sales, partners etc...the warrants at 52 cents will come into play and this should be where Poet will get his monney. In fact, we only need monney to get till the date when the name of the Denselight buyer will be revealed....and this date is in August folks. After that, the 40's and the 50's cents will be history in my opinion and some warrants will be exerciced
