When you suggest to people that have "ownership" in your company things are going to happen within certain time frames and they don't..yes I believe you owe them an explanation as to why your statements were overly opyimistic. On the other hand as non voting owners that don't affect day to day operations we can sell our interest any time with no direct effect on overall pps.
