Ok, is this a problem with the FDA. The product is referred to as a “topical analgesic” on the packaging. The definition of the word analgesic is below. Clearly defined as a drug or painkiller. I recognized that Todd indicated they did an FDA “review” of the labeling, but I am not sure what that means. Does anyone think that this could be a problem with the FDA?
