Perhaps menthol usp 1.25% is classified as the pain killer/topical analgesic. That's how it's described on the container of CBD Balm X. The Balm X helps relieve pain. My wife has been using it for a week and a half and reports it helps with her foot pain. She purchased it at a Walgreens in downtown Chicago. Tywebb, I certainly could be wrong, but I'm really very confident that our labels are 100% cool with the FDA. I think when that PR dropped about the labels (back in February or March maybe), it was specifically done to ensure that investors knew the company was doing things right. I don't know if it's Todd or Dustin Sullivan or both, but the management team really has their act together IMHO.

On a separate note, I agree with the comment (from JB maybe?) that the upcoming 10Q may be the most important in the company's history. The share price slide is seemingly non-stop, and I'm blown away it's fallen this far. Great earnings, as I believe we'll see, can get this turned around quickly. I'm also still believing that the Walgreens program is expanding to more stores. From what I've heard, the Curaleaf debacle set everyone back. For a couple weeks, big stores were afraid to move forward with expansion, or new places to even announce they'd be selling CBD's. The uncertainty has definitely hurt. If there's one thing investors hate, it's uncertainty. And with no fluff press releases (which I agree with) and no big advertising campaigns (which I'm not sure I agree with), the stock just drifts ever lower. The 10Q can't come soon enough.

Best,
G
