The tab says Venue, there is not a tier change button if not believe...

Go to OTC Markets.

Click on Corporate Actions. Scroll down to Tier Change and click on it. You will see it there.

We will see it many places because they also will probably get CE Removed so you can see it there too.

Also under Tier Changes then Market you can click Grey and you will see it there.
