I dunno about DS fish oil companies (there is no "generic OTC" fish oil) - based on the requests for info from the Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Nissan, I wonder if AZN might have been behind this? Somebody paid an awful lot of money for all that work, and IMO AMRN *should* be looking into who actively tried to torpedo the R-IT indication by filing multiple CPs with the FDA - that's interference of business or whatever it's called, and may involve illegal collusion. Companies almost never go after short sellers via the legal system, only do that in egregious cases of malfeasance, so I don't believe this has anything to do with shorts.
