I’m with you....hard to know how to react here.....do they know trouble is ahead based on some FDA communication so they are beginning the process to gather info to rebuke the FUD?

or is it just to try and show that a true coordinated attempt was made to harm Amarin??

Yeah, can’t help but wonder why now? Why not wait until after approval? What would be gained by doing this now rather than waiting literally just another 8 weeks or less?

Same thought crossed my mind at first. Who knows? I tend to believe Mgt is just trying to protect their co and send a msg to the future boneheads that try to pull this nonsense.

I'm not sure how to react to all of this stuff, dmiller -- hard to say whether this is good or bad for sure.

My gut reaction is that anything that shows that AMRN is taking these clowns seriously is bad. It makes me worry that someone at the FDA could possibly be taking them seriously.

Tasty, I agree with you. Raf wants people to like his post. I just don't see a potential positive with respect to the stock price, assuming they are going after these guys for something illegal. On the other hand, the timing opens the possibility someone has the ear of the FDA and the FDA is asking questions. Not likely, but the downside potential is much greater than upside. I would not be concerned if we already had the label.
