Absolutely not. Whelan refused to pay long outstanding CE Mark agent's fees. No pay, no play, after dozens of attempts by the people who arranged the original CE Mark. He and his wife took a cruise, the CE Mark expired. Travel priorities matter!

The expiry of the mark led to the reported deferred shipments in 2018 of 7 pallets, thousands of ActiPatch devices to EU distributors, over $536K. Think about those sales plus the recurring revenues, all down the toilet with the share price. The CE Mark responsiblity is Whelan's only. Just part of the fiasco that is BIEL.
