Some here did mention an IPO but that was supposed to happen before RELI decided to go the easier, less expansive route which was acquiring EOMN. So maybe a second offering.

Read the Reliance Global Holdings link. Very impressive from humble beginnings (working in basement w/wife)as mortgage brokers to a conglomerate with sizeable holdings.

As a side note, it was nice to know that Ezra made his wife an equal equity partner in all their endeavors.

What a success story! Can't wait till we close on the 2 remaining LOI's.

Agreed. Additionally, beyond Ezra Beyman and Reliance GH's obviously considerable means, there are banking financial institutions closely involved with RELI. I agree with your assessment here shanak10! Gltu
