So where exactly did our seed come from? We generate our own seed every year, again ensuring optimal phytochemical profile and plant health. Some of our varieties were grandfathered into the hemp program in 2014.
Oh, also, if a crop ever turns out to have too much THC, you do not end up in legal trouble. Each state has protocols for handling a "hot" crop, which ultimately means you are just supposed to destroy any hemp plants that test too high for THC.
