I guess it doesn't matter too much since the MTD is about 50mg.

There is some evidence that a number of subjects were moved down from 50mg to 30mg.

The company has not been very forthcoming about what doses are being used in the extended P2a. That has been the subject of considerable discussion on the board and AFAIK there was no clear answer.
