Almost seems like the OTC does the opposite of the regular market Maybe they come to the OTC to buy when the regular market is coming down to make up their losses And when the regular market goes up Seems like the OTC market goes dead for awhile Go PHIL $$$$$ Or maybe put their profits from the regular market in the OTC and take a chance with their house money profits
