This can be used early on, but all small DD that will be picked up along the way of the roll out will help us all better determine where this is going.
So while not all of us will agree where thing thing may end up, the majority should agree that at the least this thing will be going north.
Any conclusion outside of this realm is highly unlikely at this point with all the information that is available to the investors.
