To use your example, if you are registered with a Microsoft Domain you can ONLY download applications that are registered with the Microsoft Trust Domain. If there is a neat Trusted Application outside of MS Trust Domain that you yearn for, you are out of luck."
Developers that use MSFT's MSCAPI as well as Java Developers that use SUN's JVE JVA will Both be able to Use the TPM to securely hide their keys..... TCG TPM's merely provide a place to hide your keys Java Or MSCAPI...... Wave's Attestation Manager & Key Manager merely provides a way to Maintain & Migrate those Keys Securely. It's an interoperable way to securely hide keys though:)!
