I got the same feedback from the trustee, stating that the debt was still standing (beyond that was "satisfied" by the sale of the assets). Those creditors who had debt left over will become aware pretty quickly if anybody tries to merge anything of value into the shell.
This board is about the shell ticker CERPQ and not the company Cereplast inc.
