The ticker CERPQ is indelibly connected to Cereplast Inc. It makes no sense whatsoever for any individual or company to try to obtain the ticker when there are hundreds of other inactive tickers of shell companies that could be easily acquired.
CERPQ is indelibly connected to the ENTIRE assets owned by the primary Secured Creditor by Court Order.
CERPQ should not exist since the entirety of Cereplast was signed over to the Secured Creditor and the ticker AND SHARES should have been cancelled upon the entire liquidation of Cereplast Inc.
