If the audit is completed and posted in August then it will be early enough.

If September the 30th is early enough I believe Roger will announce that 2018 and 2019 Audits are both done.

Similar to 9/30/2018 when He announced the 16 & 17 were done.

That is My deadline for both Years...announcing 2018 right now will not take away the non reporting status.
