Rosen and the Kosturous is just hanging this over our heads to prolong the closing of the Bankruptcy. IMO it will disappear when Rosen goes before the court and asks the Judge to disallow the claim for lack of prosecution, etc. It's a nothing burger, they will never get anything from the LT and they all knows it. If they thought they had a chance they would have moved after the Piers were paid.
