He falsely states that Hooters Spirits is a new line by ICNB.

ICNB has nothing to do with Hooters Spirits, as the license agreement with Hooters is with United Spirits, Inc., which ICNB owns 0% of.

How long before the SEC and DOJ formally charge Robert Wolf with securities fraud?
