I remember back in the day when LVVV loaned APRU some "chew" packaging equipment. these two have been doing deals for a long time.

At the time the original deal was made over 2 years ago Tony and Bill had big plans for the future BUT something happened to throw it off. That was when both companies were in the trips. Now time has gone by and both APRU + LVVV have excellent potential. The PPS of both has risen 10,000% higher from the time the original deal was made. So recently they have decided to finalize the deal and had to trim the numbers accordingly. Makes perfect sense. Both companies should do well especially if Tony nanotizes Bill's 7x Pure product into his satisfying juices.
