LVVV bought their shares for under .0001.........Do

the math. It was appx 15.7B for about $64K. Check my math. I think it was around .000004 per share.

I agree the shares “on paper” were worth a chit ton, but Bill prolly got a nice payday.

I’ll double check tomorrow, but I think my numbers are close. Point being, they got ‘em real cheap.

The "original deal" was a long time ago and a few of us longs can contribute details or corrections as to what they remember but somehow LVVV ended up with billions of shares of APRU when both companies were in the 0001 pps range. I think perhaps Tony was going to make chews for LVVV? Then maybe something went wrong personally between Bill and Tony so they parted ways? And now Bill & Tony have executed a mutually beneficial modification to the "original" transaction based on current pps. LVVV still holds an appropriately appreciable amount of APRU shares and I believe I saw it posted somewhere in this group that Tony has a large stake in LVVV also.

And why not help each other out? Maybe Bill & Tony will unveil the CBD infused drinks together at the Estrella Ranch Estate Grown Weedery sometime soon. Speculation, yes. Deniable, no. Good chance it could happen IMO. Could throw in a bottling plant on those 400 acres too...
