I expect the O/S to balloon to around a billion, as that would presumably knock out all the current (known) debt. I don't think they'll be able to dump that many shares before illiquidity sets in unless this ticker undergoes a serious promo.
Beyond that, as I've stated in a couple times on this board already, these dilution traps always end the same.
Going current hype --> sale of shares --> promos --> sale of shares --> 85% of debt cleared up --> reverse split = cleanish shell for the next round of fleecing from Smethers et al.
