I tend to agree, you dont transfer your authority when in that position, its a lack of communication or there is changes we are not aware of yet.

Sam...we can all parse words, as you know, so here is how I heard it from Rob last month...paraphrased..

Bob Jones had his day in the sun with the Fox piece and authority for running the day to day operations on the Sans project has been transferred to Murch, who is extremely capable and has been the "hands-on" leader of the engineering team for some time now.

Minor semantics Sam. Give me a break. It was Bleckman's way of saying "Bob was being let go and Murch will be taking over his responsibilities." You love to make mountains out of molehills when it comes to Bleckman. You don't even know if that was EXACTLY what was said, word for word.
