Thanks 1979...by far the most reasonable explanation. Perhaps a growing "wolf-wolf" mentality as well. We can easily rebut all the false narrative intended to lower price, but most obvious that price is falling because near no one buying.

I remember the year Santa promised me a red bicycle with a bell, but then caught my whining dad as he tried to put it together in the wee hours. Now can visualize Roger working at nights to get this promised audit, trade platform upgrade, 10-Qs, 10-K, stop sign removal, next level spin off and share dividend...all this done before Christmas becomes Groundhog Day.
That said, every day is a day closer...AND IT ALL WILL HAPPEN. August will deliver.
