You're off by more than a factor of two - from the 10-Q, RSU's/options are for 26M shares, fully diluted is 416M:

As of June 30, 2019, there were an aggregate of 16,585,065 stock options and 9,314,621 restricted stock units (“RSUs”) outstanding, representing approximately 4% and 2%, respectively, of outstanding shares (including common and preferred shares) on a fully diluted basis.




That preferred stock conversion rate has changed for some reason - it used to be around 29M shrs, now it's at 33M - does increase in pps raise the number of shares issued? I'd think it would be the other way around.
