Using logic, there is actual hope that the UW's only acquiesced to the denial of their priority $24M Class 18 claim and accepted the lower, and supposedly "worthless" $72M Class 19 claim because they had foreknowledge of the value in that class and that it would net them in excess of $24M; ie, $2.4B+ returning to the estate.

The biggest problem I have with this theory and why I put little faith in this latest episode, is based simply on the fact that there have been numerous past instances, such as this one, where we all believed good news about being compensated was imminent, only to later be proven wrong when the actual truth was revealed.
