Placing orders above Ask to manipulate share price as a CEO and not reporting the sales and then when caught by the SEC creating another account to continue the activity is. NPHC just reverse split the stock; what did they think was going to happen?z

Yes and the number of shares were minimal. What a waste of Tax Payer dollars for the SEC to screw with us.
