All I'm saying is, a lot of people act like this is some huge ponzi scheme where billions of dollars was made by Rik. The SEC does this crap all the time. They tried it with Mark Cuban and he succeeded against them, because he's a billionaire and he wasn't going to accept any kind of ridiculous punishment the SEC was trying to impose on him. You could look at probably every publicly traded company and find some kind of legal argument that the company was "fraudulent" in one way or another. They nitpick, it's what they do. I'll let it play out and see what happens, I'm optimistic but skeptical just like everyone else. I see both sides of the fence as well.
